Client Support & Website Builds

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (US)

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Client Support & Website Build Hacker Genies to support our real estate technology platform. This role combines customer support with hands-on website building and design updates.

This is a long-term, full-time position best suited for someone with real experience working on websites, strong communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client support tickets through our helpdesk
Build and update real estate websites using provided instructions and SOPs
Apply design updates including layout, spacing, typography, and image placement
Ensure visual consistency across pages and follow design standards
Communicate clearly with clients and internal tea ---------- mbers
Complete tasks accurately and efficiently within assigned timelines

Requirements

Front End Development - HTML & CSS Skills
Strong spoken and written English (required)
Prior experience with website building or design (required)
Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time
Comfortable using CMS platforms or website builders
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and feedback

Nice to Have

Experience with real estate websites or IDX platforms
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, WordPress, Webflow, or similar
Previous customer support experience
