We are a U.S.-based accounting and advisory group serving over 200 clients across multiple industries. We’re hiring a proactive **Client Success & Retention VA** to maintain relationships, track satisfaction, and identify opportunities to improve retention.
You’ll reach out to clients via
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and perform monthly or bi-monthly check-ins via
- Send “How are things going?” client satisfaction messages
- Track responses and feedback in
- Update CRM (Pipedrive) with client activity and notes
- Escalate issues or complaints to the operations manager
- Identify upsell or referral opportunities
- Maintain renewal and retention tracking dashboard
Requirements:
- Excellent written English and professional tone
- Experience with CRM or client communication tools
- Organized, dependable, and responsive
- Friendly and personable communicator
- Background in client success, account management, or support preferred
Schedule & Availability:
- 15–20 hours per week
- Must be available **Monday–Friday, 10 AM–2 PM EST (U.S.)** overlap
- Flexible schedule outside of this window for follow-ups
Compensation:
