JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a growing digital marketing agency looking for just the right person to support our website management clients. As the primary point of contact for our valued retainer clients, this role is equal parts customer service, account management, and task administration.

The right candidate will:
- Have a positive, friendly attitude and enjoy helping others
- Be able to communicate effectively with a variety of people & personalities
- Have high attention to detail
- Have a sense of urgency
- Have an exceptional phone presence for both inbound and outbound calls
- Be a proactive problem solver with good judgment
- Have flawless English speaking and writing abilities

Key responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service with clear, friendly, professional communication via email and phone
- The ability to complete minor WordPress requests such as updating content, loading & formatting blog posts, etc. (WordPress training is available but must have some working knowledge of it)
- Escalate advanced WordPress requests to developers or designers, as needed
- Assign tasks in the project management system (even when assigning tasks to yourself)
- Follow up on assigned tasks, chase outstanding work or client feedback, and close tasks/project with the client
- Quality control of work output, including checking work before it’s sent to the client for review
- Translate client requests when they’re trying to describe something in “non-tech” language
- Onboard new client websites into our website management systems

Software/online tools this role interacts with regularly:
- WordPress (Some experience is preferred but we’ll train the right person)
- TeamWork Desk (task ticketing system)
- Slack
- Google Drive
- Loom

This is a virtual position that requires availability during US business hours Mon-Fri. This part-time role is needed for approximately 15 hours per week to start and is expected to increase as training progresses and more responsibilities can be shifted to this person.
