About AutoFlow AI

AutoFlow AI is a fast-growing done-for-you AI automation agency based in Dallas, TX serving credit repair businesses across the US. We build and deliver AI voice agents, Instagram DM automation, SMS campaigns, and sales funnels for our clients. We are scaling quickly and need a highly organized, detail-oriented coordinator to sit between our clients and our development team to keep everything running smoothly.

Role Overview
You will be the central point of communication between our clients and our developer. You will manage project timelines, keep clients informed, handle onboarding questions, and make sure builds are delivered on time and to standard. This is a high-responsibility role that requires someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and never lets things fall through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients on project updates, onboarding steps, and build progress
• Manage developer task assignments and hold them accountable to deadlines
• Track all active client builds and flag delays or issues before they become problems
• Ensure all client information is correctly handed off to the developer before any build begins
• Follow up with clients on outstanding items needed to move builds forward
• Escalate anything outside your scope to me immediately with full context
• Maintain organized records of all active and completed projects
• Send professional, clear, and timely responses to all client and developer communications

• Are extremely detail oriented — nothing slips past you
• Communicate clearly and professionally in written English
• Are proactive — you update before being asked
• Can manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Are comfortable holding a developer accountable in a professional manner
• Understand or are willing to learn GoHighLevel and basic automation concepts
• Are available during US business hours or willing to overlap significantly

GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, and any project management tools we implement
