Position Overview:
Reckless Royalties LLC is seeking a highly organized and professional Client Success & Operations Coordinator to manage client communication, consultation scheduling, onboarding, follow-ups, and day-to-day customer interactions.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable, personable, and confident communicating with clients. The ideal candidate must be comfortable handling conversations, maintaining organization, and helping move leads through the onboarding process smoothly.

This is not a graphic design or social media management role. The primary responsibility is communication, organization, and client management.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to inquiries from leads and potential clients
* Schedule and confirm consultation calls
* Conduct client onboarding and onboarding conversations with new clients
* Follow up with leads consistently
* Maintain organized client records and communication logs
* Send reminders, updates, and follow-up messages
* Assist with ManyChat flows and communication automation
* Help improve customer experience and client retention
* Communicate weekly updates and reports to the owner
* Identify bottlenecks or missed follow-ups in the system

Requirements:

* Strong written and verbal English communication
* Professional yet personable communication style
* Reliable internet connection and availability
* Ability to work independently and stay organized
* Experience with customer service, sales, or appointment setting preferred
* Familiarity with CRMs, Google Workspace, or scheduling systems is a plus
* Ability to follow systems and SOPs
