About PestLaunch:
PestLaunch helps pest control business owners (mostly under $2M/year) get more leads, build better systems, and hit record months. We run a high?touch coaching program with weekly calls, clear step?by?step playbooks, and close support.

?We are a small, fast?moving remote team. Standards are high. Clients are serious business owners. We need someone who LOVES details, follow?through, and taking care of people.

?This role is NOT coaching / strategy. Our founder and coaches handle:
* Diagnosing client problems
* Assigning Plays / Sprints
* Teaching strategy on calls
Your job is to make sure everything actually gets done and nothing falls through the cracks.

Role: Client Success Manager (CSM)
Your Purpose
Ensure every active client has:
* A clear, current plan in our tracker
* Their promised deliverables and follow?ups on time
* Consistent support and communication every week
So no client falls through the cracks and our founder can focus on coaching and growth.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
* Maintain the Client Health Tracker
* Update client status, Plays, and notes the same day after interactions
* Before Monday’s call, every client must have accurate stage + Red/Yellow/Green status
* Run Daily Client Success Huddles (Tue–Fri, 12:15 pm MST)
* Lead a short internal Zoom huddle to review Red/Yellow clients and assign actions
* Run Weekly Client Success Deep Dive (Mondays, 12:30 pm MST)
* Lead our internal review of every client: status, risks, next steps
* Post–Group Call Follow?ups (Tuesdays)
* After our weekly group coaching call, send all promised links, scripts, and assets by EOD Tuesday
* If something will take longer, message clients with a clear ETA
* Plays & 1:1 Follow?ups
* After 1:1 calls, send recap and assigned Play (provided by the coach) within 24 hours
* Escalate payment issues / complaints to the founder within 4 business hours
* Daily SOD / EOD
* SOD by 9:15 am MST: top 3–7 client tasks for the day
* EOD by 6:00 pm MST: what you finished, what slipped (with new deadline), risks
* Be the calm, reliable point of contact
* Proactively check in on at?risk clients
* Keep our systems clean and up to date

Requirements
Must?haves:
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Confident on Zoom, good webcam and microphone
* Experience in client success / account management / ops / support (BPO, SaaS, agencies, etc.)
* Very strong with checklists, CRMs, and following processes
* Comfortable being measured with clear daily and weekly scorecards
* Quiet work environment and reliable internet
* Able to work PH nights aligned to US Mountain Time (overlap with 9 am–6 pm MST)

Nice?to?haves:
* Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
* Experience supporting coaches, agencies, or online programs

Compensation & Schedule
* Starting Salary: $1,400–$1,600 USD / month, depending on experience
* Potential increase to $1,800 USD / month after 90 days of strong performance against the scorecard
* Full?time (40 hours/week), remote
* 9-5pm MST
