As we continue expanding our AI dubbing services, we are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Success Manager to help deliver an outstanding experience for our growing portfolio of content creator and media clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a part-time remote position requiring approximately 4–6 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
The Client Success Manager serves as the primary advocate for our clients after they have signed on with JVDB Studios. Rather than focusing on closing new business, your main responsibility is ensuring that existing clients receive exceptional support, clear communication, and proactive updates throughout the dubbing process.
You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects move forward smoothly, identifying potential issues before they become larger problems, and escalating concerns before they need to reach leadership.
A key responsibility of this role is helping grow existing client accounts by identifying opportunities to introduce additional dubbing, localization, and related services when appropriate. This is not a sales-closing role but rather a relationship-focused position centered on client support, retention, and account growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring clients feel fully supported throughout their journey with the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer support.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide proactive updates regarding project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor client satisfaction and identify concerns before they escalate.
Act as the client's advocate internally and ensure their needs are communicated effectively.
Coordinate with production, sales, and technical teams to keep projects moving forward.
Escalate risks, delays, or issues before they impact the client experience.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts through additional services.
Introduce and recommend complementary dubbing or localization services when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records and follow-ups using project management and CRM systems.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, Client Services, or a related role.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and follow-ups simultaneously.
Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
Comfortable following up internally and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Professional, solution-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with
Experience working with digital media, YouTube creators, content production, localization, or dubbing projects.
Familiarity with AI tools and the creator economy.
Previous experience with account growth, customer retention, or upselling services.
WORKING SCHEDULE
Remote position.
Monday to Friday.
Flexible schedule.
Approximately 4–6 hours per day.
Availability to respond to client communications promptly during working hours is essential.
