About the role
We're a growing U.S.-based company, and we're looking for someone to own our client relationships.
We care about keeping clients happy, and we don't believe in signing someone up and disappearing. Someone has to own the relationship and make sure every client is getting real value. That's this role.
You'll manage a book of U.S. client accounts. You're their main point of contact, the person who catches problems before they turn into cancellations, and the one who spots when a client is ready to do more with us. When a client is happy and growing, that's on you.
This is a client-facing job. You'll be on video calls with U.S. clients regularly, so strong spoken English and a calm, professional presence matter as much as your organization skills.
What you'll do
Own a set of client accounts and be their main point of contact
Run regular check-ins and account reviews over video
Keep a close eye on how each client is doing and flag issues early
Step in and solve problems before a client thinks about leaving
Spot when a client is ready to expand and start that conversation
Work with our internal team to make sure clients get what they need
Keep clear notes and updates in our systems
Who we're looking for
2+ years in client success, account management, or a client-facing role (B2B preferred)
Excellent spoken and written English. You'll be talking to U.S. clients directly
Comfortable and confident on video calls
Organized and proactive. You follow up without being told to
Calm under pressure. When a client is frustrated, you're the steady one
Reliable internet and a quiet, professional space for calls
Available during U.S. morning hours
Nice to have
Experience in a service business or agency
Familiarity with CRMs and basic project tracking tools
Experience working directly with U.S. clients
