At JVDB Studios, we work alongside one of the world’s largest content creators based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with over 14.9 million YouTube subscribers and a global audience reaching millions of viewers every month. As we continue expanding our AI dubbing services, we are looking for a highly proactive and organized Client Success Manager who can help deliver an exceptional client experience while ensuring projects move forward efficiently.

The Client Success Manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients after onboarding. This role is responsible for maintaining smooth communication between clients and internal teams while making sure dubbing projects stay on track, issues are escalated quickly, and clients consistently receive proactive updates regarding timelines, progress, and next steps. You will work closely with the sales, production, and technical teams to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and that every client feels fully supported throughout the process.

We are looking for someone with strong written and verbal English communication skills who has previous experience in client success, account management, client services, or a similar role. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients, tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously. Experience using project management and CRM platforms such as ---------- , Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools is highly preferred.

This role requires someone who is naturally proactive and comfortable following up internally to keep projects moving forward without being passive or confrontational. You should be able to identify issues early, escalate them quickly, and maintain clear and professional communication with both clients and internal teams. Experience or familiarity with YouTube, video production, dubbing, AI tools, or the creator economy is considered a strong advantage.
