Client Success Executive Assistant (Remote | Philippines Only)

Help Entrepreneurs Win in Business and Life

At Savage Secrets, we help entrepreneurs gain financial clarity, fix cashflow challenges, build better systems, become stronger leaders, and ultimately create businesses that support their lives instead of consuming them.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Success Executive Assistant to support our Customer Success Management team and help deliver a world-class client experience.

This is not a typical administrative role.

You will play a critical role in helping our clients stay engaged, accountable, and moving forward on their business growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Support client onboarding and welcome processes
* Monitor and manage client communications through email, text, and CRM systems
* Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and appointment follow-up
* Track client action items, assignments, and accountability commitments
* Maintain accurate client records, notes, and status updates
* Monitor client engagement and identify clients needing additional support
* Assist with client success reporting and retention tracking
* Prepare meeting agendas and support weekly client success operations
* Coordinate client milestone recognition, gifts, and special celebrations
* Escalate high-priority client concerns to the Customer Success Manager
* Maintain organized systems and ensure no client falls through the cracks

Preferred Experience

* Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Support experience
* CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
* Calendar and inbox management
* Administrative support and project coordination
* Experience working remotely with US-based companies
* Experience supporting coaches, consultants, agencies, or service-based businesses is a plus
