Client Services Support/Recruitment Admin Officer

Just Automotive Recruitment is looking for an additional team member in our Client Services team to help with admin support for our Australian-based customers.

You'll have the flexibility to work from home, with a preference for individuals with a background in administration and strong attention to detail. This role works closely with the team who are based in the Philippines and reporting to senior management in Sydney, Australia.

The Job:
• Assisting the Client Services team with a range of administration tasks
• Assisting in the completion of client documentation collation
• Lodgement of request for Tax File Numbers for deployed candidates
• Assisting with the set up of bank accounts for deploying workers
• Adding deploying workers to closed Facebook groups
• Keeping track of workers' statuses and helping to maintain trackers for clients
• Providing support to the LMT Advertising Administrator as required
• Downloading resumes and screenshots as directed
• Potential to move into a client-facing role

The Person:
REQUIRED:
• Experience gained in a Recruitment company
• Experience working with Australian clients
• Must have outstanding English communication skills (written and
verbal)
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Autonomous and reliable
• Highly adaptable
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
