About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, well-spoken, and professional Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in executive-level or managerial environments and possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. This role requires a strong ability to manage client relationships while handling contract-related responsibilities with accuracy and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries
Analyze, review, and manage contract agreements
Ensure contract compliance and identify, address, and resolve discrepancies
Provide professional guidance and explanations regarding contract terms and conditions
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent and empathetic communication
Listen actively to fully understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve client or contract-related issues
Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction through proactive communication


Requirements

Advanced to above-average English communication skills — both written and verbal — is a must
Well-spoken, professional, and confident communicator
Managerial or executive-level experience is required
Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people
Exceptional listening and comprehension skills
Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
Customer service–oriented with a genuine focus on client satisfaction
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Minimum 1–2 year commitment


Technical Requirements

Stable and reliable internet connection
Reliable power supply with backup solution (UPS or generator) preferred
Quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for client calls

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Possible weekend hours as needed
