Work Hours: 9-6pm Syd Time (6am-3pm MNL Time), 40 hours/week
Work Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Rate: Up to $900 USD per month (based on experience)
Commission-Based: No

We are an industry-leading creative production studio that provides services to Sydney's property and real estate sector. We are passionate about creating exceptional content. We are seeking a passionate virtual Client Services Coordinator to join our team.
Are you a highly organised, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator to be our clients' first point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and efficient issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage our phone line system, answering incoming booking and change requests.
• Handle email communications between customers and suppliers efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct triage and troubleshooting to address customer feedback and change requests.
• Escalate ongoing issues and ensure follow-ups with clients are completed.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Assist clients with product information, order placement, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting.
• Undertake additional assigned duties and projects as directed.


Requirements:
We are seeking a full-time virtual Client Services Coordinator to join our fast-growing business who is eager for a long-term role
Proven experience in a Customer Service role, including handling phone inquiries
Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal are a must
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and work independently
Reliable internet connection and a high-quality PC/Mac capable of handling VoIP calls and emails
