The Company’s primary goal for this role is to utilize your proactive, relationship-focused, and results-driven approach as our Client Relationship Manager. You will work closely with the Director of Client Relations, the President, and the Sales and Marketing team to identify great clients, generate new opportunities, and support Fiorilli’s growth and market expansion.

This is not your typical sales position — in this role, you are a key driver of the sales pipeline and a critical contributor to company revenue and client satisfaction. You will play an instrumental role in ensuring a seamless sales process and exceptional client experience.

Every week, your performance will be reflected through your outreach, pipeline activity, opportunity generation, and relationship-building efforts. You will be responsible for managing sales data, supporting campaigns, coordinating client engagement activities, and driving meaningful business development results.

In your role as Client Relationship Manager, you will be more than just a salesperson — you will be a trusted relationship builder and a vital support to Fiorilli’s sales engine. Your efforts will help create strong opportunities, nurture meaningful client relationships, and contribute directly to the company’s success.

Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Job Overview:
The Client Relationship Manager will be primarily responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building. This role requires a motivated, results-driven individual who is comfortable with consistent client engagement, high-volume outreach, and managing sales activities across multiple channels.

The Client Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in expanding Fiorilli Construction’s customer base, nurturing long-term relationships, and supporting overall sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1. Lead Generation implementation:
a. Utilize a diverse range of sources including referrals, website analytics, social media, events/tradeshows, telemarketing, email blasts, mailers, searches, and industry news to call upon and generate sales leads.
b. Compile and pre-qualify lists of potential clients based on specific criteria such as market segments, geographic fit, project scope capabilities, and decision-making authority.

2. Business Development:
a. Source and call upon qualified lead gen prospects and actively contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans in order to reach and exceed your sale breakpoint requirements.
b. Act as the primary interface in sales efforts, spearheading calls, outreach, and touches to facilitate new sales opportunities.
c. Develop strategy, vision, and business planning process for market segments assigned.
d. Maintain and follow up on all proposals, bids, leads, and negotiation reviews of potential sales awards.
e. Offer technical expertise and advice during the entire sales process.

3. Sales & Marketing:
a. Work towards achieving individual sales goals, AS DEFINED under the Work for Hire Service Agreement payment terms in your Pay for Performance (P4P) Individual Annual Sales Target Goals BREAKPOINT and performance tiers, contributing to the overall sales targets of the company.
b. Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot for tracking potentials, opportunities, campaigns, and touches, ensuring efficient management of sales processes. Working with marketing to campaign in your market segments assigned.
c. Assist in sales and marketing reporting, forecasting, and process management to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Client Relationship Management:
a. Focus on driving quality business and developing assigned markets by cultivating long term relationships for repeat business.
b. Spearhead calls, outreach, and touches to set up and facilitate new sales opportunities.
c. Manage and curate lists of target client prospects.
d. Arrange calls and meetings with clients and prospects.
e. Cultivate new and ongoing business prospects.
f. Attend virtual client meetings, events, and conferences to promote the company.
g. Maintain regular contact to ensure satisfaction with project progress and results.

5. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
a. Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients through various communication channels such as calls, emails, LinkedIn, and personalized visits.
b. Implement drip campaigns and other nurturing strategies to keep leads engaged and progress them through the sales pipeline.
c. Manage and curate lists of target client prospects, arranging calls and meetings to further business opportunities.
d. Attend client meetings, events, and conferences to promote the company's offerings and ensure client satisfaction with project progress and results.

Requirements:
a. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
b. Preferred experience in engineering, architecture, construction, sales, business development, or lead generation.
c. Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant technology platforms.
d. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
e. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
f. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

First Year Outcomes:
a. Source and sell designated amount of new business.
b. Become proficient in HubSpot CRM for company-wide tracking.
c. Create specified number of new client opportunities.

Long Term Career Goals:
a. Strive to establish strategic career goals that lead to long-term growth and positioning within the company.

What’s in it for you?

$3500-$4500* per month FULL TIME
Full-time and fully remote role
Flexible working hours that are consistent or overlap with our working hours in USA Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Paid Vacation Time Off (PVTO) up to a total of 80 hours PTO time as accrued is available annually
Paid Sick Time Off (PSTO) up to twenty-four (24) hours of sick time is available annually, with rollover
Eligibility to enroll immediately in Fiorilli Construction’s “P4P” Incentive Pay plan – TO EARN BONUSES OF 10% - 20% more than you base compensation base on YOUR performance.
Concentrated Time Off (CTO) Work Shifts (aka ‘8.5/80’ Plan). The team follows a 2-week Work Shift (80 hours, 10 working days) that incorporates 8.5-hour days, Monday through Thursday (adding 2 hrs. weekly), with every other Friday requiring only a 4-hour shift (1/2 day). That’s approximately 26 Friday afternoons OFF!
