JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based IT solutions company seeking a highly skilled and process-driven Operations Manager to strengthen our operational backbone as we continue scaling. This is a leadership role for someone who combines technical expertise with the ability to design, implement, and refine systems in a lean, fast-paced environment.
If you’re an operations professional who thrives on building structure, streamlining workflows, and driving measurable results — while staying hands-on with the team — this is your chance to make a lasting impact in a company where operational excellence and people-first values truly matter.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

• Oversee daily operational functions across field services, vendor management, and client coordination.
• Establish, document, and refine processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and accountability.
• Monitor KPIs across operations and report to senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Ensure operational stability by acting as the central point of accountability for deliverables and deadlines.

Systems & Process Development

• Lead the integration and optimization of Odoo as the company’s primary platform for operations, finance, and compliance.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement solutions that scale as the company grows.
• Drive operational projects end-to-end, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with administrative and technical teams to ensure seamless execution between field operations, finance, and client-facing functions.
• Act as the escalation point for operational challenges, providing clear decisions and guidance.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement training and development for staff.
• Be a hands-on leader who thrives in a small but fast-growing team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related process/operations discipline.
• Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent) highly preferred.
• 5+ years of proven operations experience, ideally in IT services, telecom, BPO, or field services industries — or a strong engineering background combined with demonstrated leadership and process design capabilities.
• Proven success in building and scaling systems and processes in a growth-stage environment.
• High English proficiency (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate clearly across stakeholders.
• Direct experience with Odoo is a major plus; otherwise, proven ERP implementation experience with strong willingness to specialize in Odoo.
• Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on, tactical execution.
• High level of professional maturity, accountability, and leadership presence.

What We Offer

• Weekly pay of $350, always on time.
• Long-term career opportunity with clear room for advancement.
• Direct partnership with senior leadership in shaping the company’s growth.
• Fixed weekends off.
• Permanent remote/WFH role.
• Supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture.

How to Apply

If you’re excited to join our growing IT solutions business, please submit your application with the subject line “Operations Manager” and start the first line of your cover letter with the phrase “Blue Mockingbird.” This step is very important to help us identify serious candidates who carefully read the entire job description. Applications missing this step will not be considered.

Your application MUST include:

• Full Name
• Updated Resume/CV
• WhatsApp Number
• Verifiable references from past employers
• A video introduction explaining why you’re the best fit (non-negotiable requirement). Applications without a video will be automatically disqualified.

We are looking forward to meeting a driven, hands-on leader who is ready to grow with us. Apply now and help us scale to the next level.
