ABOUT THE COMPANY
Manzano Creative is a Canadian content and Meta advertising agency based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, serving service-based businesses — primarily dental clinics and home service companies. We run multiple productions per week, manage active Meta ad campaigns, and coordinate creative work across a distributed remote team.
Our systems run on Slack, Notion, Google Drive, GHL, and Meta Ads Manager. We move fast. We hold ourselves to a high standard of communication and execution. This is an agency environment, not a corporate one.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS
This is not a VA position. This is not an entry level role.
This is one of the most important hires inside Manzano Creative. You will own three things simultaneously — the client relationship, the campaigns, and the copy. You are the person clients hear from. You are the person who builds and monitors their campaigns. You are the person who writes their ads.
When a client signs, you take over. You onboard them, set up their systems, write their scripts, launch their campaigns, keep them updated, and make sure they get results. You work closely with the Production Coordinator to stay on top of every project so no client question ever goes unanswered.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Client Success & Communication
First point of contact for every client from the
Full client onboarding — Notion hub setup, Slack channel, Google Drive folders, GHL sub-account
Sending the welcome message and guiding clients through onboarding steps
Monday check-in messages and consistent ongoing communication
Answering client questions about campaigns, projects, and production progress
Coordinating and confirming shoot days with clients
First delivery of content to clients for review
Receiving client revision feedback and passing to Production Coordinator
Monthly performance reporting and results walkthroughs
Keeping clients informed, confident, and retained
Media Buying & Campaign Management
Setting up Meta campaigns following Manzano Creative's proven structure
Creating and updating lead forms inside Meta Ads Manager
Mapping lead forms into GHL and ensuring leads fire correctly into Google Sheets
Daily campaign monitoring across all active client accounts
Flagging performance issues and making proactive optimization suggestions
Ensuring all tracking, automations, and CRM connections are functioning correctly
Copywriting & Ad Creative
Writing ad scripts for paid ads and nurture videos
Writing primary text and headlines for Meta campaigns
Pulling angles, hooks, and pain points from Fathom transcripts and client onboarding forms
Using AI tools to generate and refine copy based on Manzano Creative formulas and winning scripts
Sending scripts to clients for review and incorporating feedback
REQUIREMENTS
Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager campaigns — non-negotiable
Strong understanding of Meta campaign structure — campaigns, ad sets, ads, lead forms, budgets, placements
Experience with GHL or similar CRM platforms
Excellent written English — clear, confident, and professional in every interaction
Strong copywriting instincts — you understand hooks, pain points, and what makes an ad convert
Ability to write ad scripts, primary text, and headlines independently
Experience working inside Slack, Notion, and Google Drive
Comfortable communicating directly with clients in a professional and warm manner
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently without constant supervision or reminders
Expected to attend and participate in weekly tea
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability during agreed hours
NICE TO HAVE
Previous experience working inside a content or advertising agency
Familiarity with direct response copywriting frameworks
Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for copy refinement
Understanding of video production workflows
Experience reading and working from sales call transcripts or onboarding forms
