JOB OVERVIEW

We are not looking for a typical virtual assistant.

We are looking for a polished, confident, growth-minded communicator who can help us bring on new clients and build long-term relationships.

We are a growing U.S.-based dental revenue cycle management company. We help dental offices improve insurance collections, reduce claim delays, and increase profitability.

We currently support multiple dental practices and are looking for a highly capable Client Growth Manager to help us scale.

This role is focused on communication, sales, relationship-building, follow-up, and business growth. Dental experience is helpful, but it is not required. The most important qualities are excellent spoken English, strong phone presence, confidence, reliability, initiative, and the ability to communicate clearly with U.S.-based business owners and dental offices.

The right person will be comfortable speaking with prospective clients, explaining our services, following up professionally, building trust, and helping convert interested dental offices into long-term clients.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role inside a rapidly expanding company.

What You’ll Do

Contact prospective dental offices by phone, email, and/or message
Introduce our company and explain how we help dental practices improve collections
Conduct initial discovery calls with prospective clients
Follow up with leads in a professional and organized way
Help convert interested offices into long-term clients
Communicate clearly with U.S.-based dental offices and business owners
Learn the basics of dental revenue cycle management so you can speak confidently about our services
Build and improve outreach scripts, follow-up systems, and client communication processes
Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes
Identify ways to improve our sales process and help the company grow

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English
Very clear communication style
Polished, professional phone presence
Comfortable making outbound calls
Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based business owners and professional offices
Strong sales, persuasion, or client communication ability
Highly reliable and responsive
Strong internet connection and quiet professional workspace
Organized and able to manage follow-up without being micromanaged
High level of initiative and ownership
Long-term mindset

Bonus If You Have

Sales or business development experience
Experience cold calling or booking appointments
Experience with client success or account management
Experience working with U.S.-based businesses
Dental, medical, billing, insurance, or healthcare experience
Experience with CRMs, lead tracking, or pipeline management
Experience managing or training others

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Long-term leadership opportunity for the right person

Application Instructions

Please follow these instructions carefully.

Put “DETAIL FIRST” in the subject line/title of your application.
Applications without this will not be considered.
Include a short video, 3–5 minutes, answering the following:
Who are you?
Tell us about your work experience.
Why would you be a great fit for a client growth role?
Describe your English communication and phone experience.
Why should a dental office consider outsourcing revenue cycle management instead of handling everything in-house?
Complete the short assessment below.

Assessment Part 1: Client Communication

A dental office says:

“We already have someone at the front desk handling insurance claims. Why would we need your company?”

Please write a response as if you are speaking to the office manager or dentist on a live call.

We are looking for a response that is clear, confident, professional, warm, and persuasive.

Assessment Part 2: Follow-Up

A dental office seemed interested but did not schedule a call yet.

Please write a short follow-up message you would send to them.

Assessment Part 3: Ownership

Tell us about a time you helped improve a process, increase sales, improve client communication, or solve a business problem.

Please include:

What the problem was
What you did
What the result was

We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership, follows through, and wants to help build something long term.
