Job Description:
Job Machine is seeking a highly organized and personable Client Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will work directly on our platform to support candidates by scheduling interviews, updating client information, and maintaining strong lines of communication with our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage interview schedules for candidates through the Job Machine platform
Call and
Take inbound client and candidate calls with professionalism and clarity
Ensure all client data is accurate and updated regularly in our system
Support candidates by guiding them through parts of the hiring process when needed
Collaborate with the internal team to optimize the candidate-to-interview pipeline
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage several clients at once
Proficient in using online platforms and CRM systems (we will train you on our system)
Customer service experience is a plus
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries
A positive, problem-solving attitude
Position Details:
Remote or Hybrid (depending on location)
Part-time or Full-time availability considered
Hourly pay with performance-based bonuses available
