JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
• Handle client communication (calls, emails, texts, follow-ups).
• Manage client onboarding process.
• Follow up with clients after service (feedback, payments, reviews).
• Monitor and reply to emails professionally.
• Keep Thryv and Connecteam updated daily (training provided).
• Support team scheduling and internal communication.
• Ensure smooth operations and no dropped details.

Requirements:
• Excellent English (written & spoken).
• Customer service experience with international (U.S.) clients preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful, and reliable.
• Comfortable using technology and willing to learn new tools.
• Consistent availability during 9 AM – 3 PM CST Monday to Friday.

Salary & Growth Opportunity
• Starting Rate: $4.00/hour (USD).
• Raises: $1.00/hour increase after 3 months based on performance (dedication, reliability, consistency). Potential for another $1.00/hour raise at 9 months.
