One outcome: every active client completes their weekly game plan actions, on time, without the owner chasing anyone. You d ---------- :

How completion gets tracked and reported every week

The work
Clients in a US credit consulting business reply to a weekly checklist in their private ---------- channel every Friday. You run that loop. Confirm replies came in. Send check-ins and follow-ups (AI drafts them, you review, tighten, and send). Update the completion tracker in Google Sheets. Ship a Monday completion report to the owner in Slack. Stalled client? You flag it with what you'd do next. Tools: ---------- , Slack, Google Sheets. GoHighLevel experience is a plus.
Hours, pay, terms

20 hours/week. Half-day overlap with US Central required.
Friday through Monday is the heartbeat of this role. You must be available across those days.
PHP 25,000 to 35,000/month, based on experience.
Long-term role. This is a lane you own and grow into, not a gig.

(The scenario has no clean answer. Strong applicants engage the client's Wednesday message and use the live contact to surface the checklist without breaking the two-message rule, or flag the pattern up with a recommendation. Weak ones either send chase message three or do nothing.)
