Role Summary
The Project Manager owns the internal workflow and resource coordination engine that keeps Stryde's client delivery on time, on scope, and at the highest quality. This is not a client-facing role — it is an operational leadership position responsible for making the agency run. You will own ClickUp end-to-end, manage team capacity, eliminate bottlenecks before they become misses, and build the processes that scale with the agency.
Performance Accountability
Your performance is evaluated against one primary accountability metric and four bi-weekly KRAs:
Primary KPI: On-Time Task Delivery Rate: Target: 90%+
90%+ of tasks delivered on or before due date across all active client projects.
Bi-Weekly KRAs:
- Backlog Aging: Number of overdue tasks older than 7 days across ClickUp kept at zero or minimal.
- Capacity Utilization Balance: No tea
- ClickUp Hygiene: % of active tasks with a due date, owner, and current status. Target: 100%.
- Escalation Speed: Average time from identified blocker to resolution, measured and trending down.
Key Responsibilities
1. ClickUp Ownership & Workflow Management
- Serve as the primary ClickUp administrator - you own the structure, hygiene, and integrity of the workspace.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, task assignments, timelines, and status updates for all active client projects.
- Enforce task standards: every active task must have a due date, an owner, and a current status at all times.
- Prioritize and sequence work across projects to prevent collisions and missed deadlines.
- Identify and eliminate backlog aging - no overdue tasks older than 7 days without a documented escalation path.
2. Resource Allocation & Capacity Management
- Monitor team capacity in real time using ClickUp and Everhour - flag imbalances before they become problems.
- Ensure no tea
- Surface resourcing gaps to leadership with supporting data and a recommended solution (reallocation, contractor, or hire).
- Track utilization trends to identify systemic capacity issues and inform hiring decisions.
3. Blocker Resolution & Risk Mitigation
- Act as the first responder to identified blockers - escalation speed is a measured KRA.
- Track average time from blocker identification to resolution; own the trend line.
- Proactively surface risks to leadership before they impact client deliverables.
- Maintain a documented escalation path for recurring issue types.
4. Process Development & Standardization
- Develop, document, and enforce internal SOPs for recurring workflows and campaign types.
- Build and maintain ClickUp templates that standardize how work gets set up across service lines.
- Identify process inefficiencies through data and implement improvements with measurable outcomes.
- Partner with service line leads to ensure process changes reflect operational realities.
5. Internal Communication & Team Alignment
- Run regular internal standups and project syncs - keep them tight, action-oriented, and documented in ClickUp.
- Serve as the connective tissue between service teams; eliminate silos that cause delivery failures.

- Provide leadership with accurate, timely status reports on project health, risks, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or DTC ecommerce environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp: you must be able to demonstrate deep, hands-on expertise. This is non-negotiable.
- Proficiency in Everhour or comparable time-tracking and capacity management tools.
- Strong command of resource allocation principles; comfortable reading utilization data and making decisions from it.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can write a clear brief, run a focused meeting, and escalate crisply.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines without losing detail.
- Analytical mindset: you track metrics, notice trends, and use data to drive decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with digital marketing service lines: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads,
- Experience building or refining PM processes in a scaling agency environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
What Success Looks Like at 90 Days
- On-time task delivery rate is at or above 90?ross all active client projects.
- ClickUp workspace hygiene is at 100%: every active task has a due date, owner, and status.
- Zero tasks in backlog aging beyond 7 days without a documented escalation.
- Capacity report is running bi-weekly; no tea
- Blocker-to-resolution time is documented and a baseline has been established for ongoing improvement.
