JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a systems-minded executor to bring order, speed, and accountability to our fast-moving brands.
Your job: take full ownership of our task management system (ClickUp) and lead the charge on hitting sprint deadlines without excuses.

You won’t be writing scripts, designing ads, or building strategy.
You’ll be the one making sure the strategy actually gets shipped, fast, clean, and on time.

What You'll Own :

- The full setup, structure, and daily operation of our ClickUp system
- The speed of execution across writers, designers, editors, and other team members.
- Weekly sprint cycles for VSLs, advertorials, and other funnel assets
- Accountability : who owns what, what’s due, what’s delayed
- Reporting: blockers, missed deadlines, team performance
- Constant improvements to how we work (faster, clearer, simpler)

Your First 3 Key Results :

- Reduce production time and eliminate bottlenecks
- Rebuild and lead our ClickUp-based execution system
- Drive team accountability and cross-functional delivery

This Is a Remote, Full-Time Role

We're a lean, profitable team that moves fast !

You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

- What’s your current setup for task management in your own work?
- Have you ever redesigned a ClickUp/Asana/Notion system? What changed afterward?
- How do you follow up when someone misses a deadline?

- [Important] ClickUp (or Asana/Notion) Workspace Tour : Show us a live or anonymized screen-recording of a workspace you’ve built or managed. Walk us through: - Structure - Statuses - How tasks were tracked and completed
- [Important] Execution Calendar or Sprint Tracker : Share a timeline or calendar view of a sprint or project you managed. Tell us: - How did you plan it? - How did you follow up on it? - What tools did you use to track progress?
