ClickUp Expert – Strategic Systems Builder for Departmental Project Setup

About the Role:
We are looking to immediately hire a highly experienced ClickUp expert to architect and implement a methodical, strategic, and scalable project management system across our organization.

This is not a beginner-level position. We’re seeking someone who lives and breathes ClickUp, who understands the platform at a deep structural level, and who can design a ClickUp environment that thinks 10 steps ahead — setting up projects, departments, dashboards, automations, dependencies, and reporting that support true business scalability.

You’ll be working closely with a visionary executive team and need to bring a blend of systems-thinking, attention to detail, and implementation efficiency.

Scope of Work:
Strategically build out Spaces, Folders, Lists, and Templates across multiple departments (Marketing, Sales, Ops, Client Services, etc).

Create project templates, automation workflows, custom fields, and permissions tailored to ClearCardio’s workflow.

Build dashboards for executive-level visibility and team-level execution.

Implement task relationships, dependencies, timelines, and status tracking.

Recommend best practices for scaling ClickUp across a growing company.

Integrate third-party tools where applicable (Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier, etc).

Train key staff on usage and workflow best practices.

Document the architecture for long-term internal management.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record of building ClickUp setups.

Strong grasp of workflow logic, systems design, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Must be highly organized, strategic, and methodical — someone who understands project management not just from a tool perspective, but from a business operations lens.

Available for immediate short-term project, with potential for ongoing consulting.

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
