Chatbot Developer - Build AI Customer Service Bot

DESCRIPTION:
We need a chatbot that answers customer questions automatically on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Telegram.

WHAT WE NEED:
- Bot that understands questions and responds with helpful information
- Searches our documents/guides to give accurate answers
- Knows when to escalate to a human (for complex or urgent questions)
- Logs all conversations for review

LOOKING FOR:
- Experience with messaging platform APIs (WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Facebook Messenger)
- AI integration (Claude, GPT-4, or similar)
- Python or Node.js skills
- Basic database knowledge (to store conversations)

BONUS:
- Built chatbots before
- Agentic Engineering

ABOUT US:
We're a health startup in Philippines. We want to automate customer support while keeping it safe and helpful. We're new to this technology and need someone who can guide us.

DETAILS:
- Part-time: 8-12 hours/week
- Rate: ? ---------- /hour (negotiable based on experience)
- First project: ~25-35 hours to build working bot
- Ongoing maintenance work available
