JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a motivated Chat Support Executive to join our team. This role offers a competitive monthly salary of $240–$360, along with performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Work 3–4 hours daily with a flexible schedule.

Key Requirements:

Excellent written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous customer support experience is a plus; training will be provided.
A reliable internet connection and a laptop are required.
Experience with CRM or live chat software is an advantage.
