We’re looking for a highly motivated and articulate Online Chat Support Representative to join our growing remote team. Your primary role will be to engage with inbound leads via chat, build rapport, and convert interest into action. This is a performance-based role, perfect for individuals who are persuasive, emotionally intelligent, and enjoy connecting with people.

Requirements:
Excellent written English
Strong communication and conversational skills
Understanding of sales principles and basic human psychology
Fast typing speed and stable internet connection
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
No prior experience required — we welcome both beginners and pros!
