We are hiring an experienced chat communication agent to manage high volumes of direct message conversations during peak US activity hours.
The role focuses on written interaction, relationship development, and value-driven communication through live chat. You will be responsible for maintaining engaging conversations, following internal guidelines, and contributing to overall account performance.
This is a results-oriented position with long-term growth opportunities based on consistency and performance.
Working Schedule
Philippines Time (PHT): 07:00 – 15:00
8 hours per day, 7 days per week
Schedule aligned with US activity hours
Responsibilities
Handle incoming and ongoing chat conversations
Maintain engaging, professional, and persuasive written communication
Build rapport and long-term relationships with users
Apply internal communication strategies and workflows
Contribute to overall account performance through chat interactions
Use internal communication and management tools as required
Requirements

Excellent written English
Strong experience in chat-based communication roles
Background in customer interaction, digital sales, or engagement-focused positions
Good understanding of communication psychology
