Virtual Assistant – Car Rental Business Support

Full-Time | Remote

About Us
We are Prime Task Solutions, a staffing agency that connects skilled Virtual Assistants with growing businesses. We're currently hiring on behalf of one of our direct clients, a car rental business owner looking for a reliable, all-around Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work — from customer support to admin to light marketing — and wants to grow long-term with a direct client.

What You'll Be Doing
Business Reporting
-Prepare monthly reports tracking revenue, expenses, vehicle usage, and overall business performance
-Send in monthly financial statements

Customer Support & Communication
-Handle renter communication from start to finish, including answering inquiries and explaining rental requirements
-Manage inbound inquiries (including via Facebook page) and make outbound calls when reaching out to renters

Social Media Management
-Post available vehicles and manage social media platforms
-Respond to comments, create simple graphics, and keep pages active to help the business get discovered

Administrative Support
-Update spreadsheets and internal trackers
-Organize files and renter documents on Google Drive and CRM systems


Email
Marketing
-Create and send weekly email campaigns to engage renters and potential customers
-Write content, organize offers, and design simple layouts

Customer Database Management
-Keep renter information organized and accurate
-Log details, update records, track interactions, and store documents in internal tracking systems and CRM

Renter Screening & Onboarding
-Review renter documents and check backgrounds to ensure requirements are met
-Guide approved renters through the onboarding process

Business Development Support
-Research ideas and suggest strategies to help the business grow
-Support projects and improvements for operational efficiency

GoHighLevel (GHL) System Support
-Assist in building and maintaining workflows, pages, forms, and automations within GoHighLevel

Lead Generation
-Find potential renters and partners by posting in groups, responding to leads, and reaching out to interested prospects

What We're Looking For
-Strong written and verbal English communication skills
-Comfortable handling phone calls with customers/renters
-Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience is a big plus)
-Proficient in Google Drive, spreadsheets, and basic graphic/content creation
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across different responsibilities
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Prior experience in car rental, or customer service industries is a plus

Schedule: Full-time
Setup: Fully remote
Client Type: Direct client (long-term opportunity)
Rate: $3/hour
Payroll: Handled by Prime Task Solutions via Wise
Start Date: Monday, June 22
