Hiring for part-time work for a Capcut / TikTok editor

You will be making TikTok videos using CapCut. The editing process is fairly simple and straightforward. Anyone who is proficient in video editing should have no problem with the basic tasks such as:

Cutting dead space in talking head videos
Adding overlay images on screen in the videos
Minor effects such as dynamic zoom, cropping, etc.
Producing b-roll content from voiceover and footage provided, having the ability to digest what is being said and pair up the audio with corresponding footage

Please review a few examples of my content to ensure you are familiar and comfortable with the editing style. 90% will be talking head with and without overlays:

Basic talking head - here you are mostly editing dead space, adding minor effects like crop and zoom to make the frames look more dynamic and seamless.

Talking head with overlays and supporting clips - same as before, but adding images provided to you on the screen to support what is being said in the video.

B-roll content - you will be provided a voice over and need to work through the footage to find fitting visuals. A strong understanding of English and social media content is crucial here.

You will be working hand in hand with me on extremely viral social media pages and there is room for bonuses if deadlines are met on a consistent basis!

Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- STRONG English
- BASIC Spanish
- Strong internet connection
- Previous experience with Capcut / TikTok / Instagram
- Good working with a team
- Ability to learn and take constructive feedback
- Availability to work 3-4h a day (with potential for more and increased salary)
- Able to work 5-6 days per week (can take days off whenever as long as mostly consistent)
- PH or similar time zone

$300/month + bonuses for 3-4h a day MAX and potential for full time work in the future with a salary increase. During this time frame you're expected to edit at least 10-15 basic talking head videos a day.

Please complete the following steps:
- Download the original video file under the ‘Recreate assignment ORIGINAL Video + ASSETS’ folder and upload into CapCut
- Remove any pauses and dead space during the talking.
- Remove any repeated phrases, take the best take.
- Ensure the pacing of the video flows well.
- Add photos from the ‘Recreate assignment ORIGINAL Video + ASSETS’ folder at the beginning of the video when I mention them and point at the screen. Make sure the photos pop-up where I’m pointing on camera.
- DO NOT add any captions.
- Add the following Text Overlay: “carribean mom beauty secrets” from 0:00-0:07. Add the text centered, above my head, in a wrapped white background with black letters. Same text style you see in this video. Make sure all text is within one line.
- Upload fully edited video into the ‘Upload completed assignment HERE’ and name the file ‘[Your Name] + [Time it took].’
