We’re looking for a Canva-savvy designer to help us build clean, minimal, and reusable templates that can be used weekly by non-designers on our marketing team. This is a project-based role, not full-time, and we’re looking to hire someone who can start right away.
Responsibilities:
? Create 4–6 Canva templates based on our podcast brand
YouTube thumbnail (1920x1080)
Instagram quote post (1080x1350)
Carousel format (1080x1080)
Other graphic templates for promotional ads
? Refine and simplify templates so they are easy to reuse internally
? Apply a tech-forward, professional design aesthetic—nothing cluttered or overly stylized
? Use placeholder elements, clear font hierarchy, and locked sections where necessary
Qualifications:
? Proven experience designing in Canva for social media or branded content
? Strong eye for layout, spacing, and typography
? Ability to design for non-designers (templates must be foolproof and reusable)
? Experience working with content in the tech, business, or podcast space is a plus
? Portfolio of Canva templates or social graphics required
???? This is a one-time project.
???? Rate: $50–$150 per project depending on scope and experience.
