About Crescendo Music Education
Crescendo Music Education is an Australian online membership and professional development platform supporting primary school music teachers. We are a small, passionate team on a mission to make quality music education accessible to every classroom — and we believe the resources we create genuinely make a difference to children's lives.
When you join Crescendo, you're not just completing tasks — you're part of a team that cares about its work and each other.
About the Role
I am looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to help develop downloadable resources for a music teacher membership website. You will work closely with me to create visually appealing, print-ready and digital resources for primary school music teachers.
This is an ongoing role with regular work. I provide clear instructions and detailed feedback, so you don't need to know anything about music — just bring your design skills and a willingness to learn our style.
What You'll Be Doing
Designing resources in Canva following provided templates, briefs, and feedback
Creating and formatting resources in Microsoft PowerPoint when required
Making revisions based on clear, specific feedback
Organising and saving files consistently so they are easy to find and upload
What I'm Looking For
Solid experience with Canva (please include examples of your work)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters in educational resources
Good English communication skills for understanding briefs and asking questions
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet turnaround times
Experience designing educational or teaching resources is a bonus but not required
The Details
Rate: $5 AUD per hour
Hours: Flexible, part-time to start with potential for more
