We are an Australian-based Digital Marketing Agency supporting health professionals with growing their businesses online, and we're looking for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing team.
All our staff work remotely, and the ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic eye, moves fast, and knows how to create scroll-stopping social media content that looks cohesive, professional, and on-brand. You will work closely with both our internal team and directly with clients to bring their brand vision to life.
About the Role:
This is a design-forward role where creativity meets strategy. The majority of your work will be creating Instagram content and Canva presentation slides for health professionals who're creating online courses, alongside supporting clients with their branding. If you have a natural eye for design, understand what works visually on social media, and can translate a brief into something beautiful, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging, on-brand Instagram content (carousels, static posts, story templates, Reels covers)
- Create polished Canva presentation slides for client programs, courses, and handouts
- Develop branding assets for clients including colour palettes, font pairings, logos, and brand kits in Canva
- Collaborate with clients directly to understand their brand and execute their vision
- Work with the internal team to deliver content that aligns with client messaging and audience
- Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Stay current on design trends, especially within the health, wellness, and online coaching space
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio (please do not apply without this)
- Advanced proficiency in Canva is a must (Brand Kit setup, custom templates, presentations)
- Experience designing Instagram content that performs & you understand what stops the scroll
- Eye for typography, colour, layout, and visual storytelling
- Experience working with personal brands or online businesses, ideally in health, wellness, or coaching
- Ability to take a brief and execute independently with minimal back-and-forth
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating directly with clients in a professional manner
- Reliable, trustworthy, and strong work ethic
- Fluent in English with C1 Proficiency (Advanced)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
Hours & Availability:
We are looking for someone who can start at 5–8 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and must be available between 9am–6pm Philippines Time. Hours and responsibilities will increase quickly for the right candidate.
