Call Center Agent

Be a call center agent for one of the FASTEST growing solar Companies in America – right from your own home!

We are a US-based solar company looking for a full-time, remote Appointment Setting Agent to book qualified solar ---------- cluded Responsibilities:
- Send a daily report of activity
- Make outbound calls to American homeowners who are investigating solar energy for their home
- Respond to customer emails and texts
- Deliver appropriate scripts during calls
- Build customer curiosity, clarify information, and persuade those over the phone to schedule a solar appointment
- Demonstrate proficiency in Google Apps

Anticipated Work Schedule
Full-time position: Tuesday - Sunday 12 pm - 8 pm CST. You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after a 6 month probation period with the company. We honor most national holidays.

Wages
$4.00 per hour, plus an additional bonus for all appointments that are closed by a solar consultant.
