Call Center Agent

Appointment Setter Position

The Ideal candidate will make day to day calls between the hours of 3 to 8 pm in the afternoon to generate leads for our heating and cooling company in Toronto. The data and software training will be provided.

The requirement for the ideal candidate is below:

1. Speak fluent English
2. Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and providing solutions.
3.Must have qualifications:
4. Call center Customer Service Experience
5. Basic Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, Etc)
