CSM for SEO Agency (Client Success/Reporting)

We are a growing North American digital marketing agency looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team part-time.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with SEO reports, internal task follow-ups, and email management.

Your Responsibilities

1. Monthly SEO Reports

• Compile monthly SEO reports using data from tools (we will train you)
• Organize metrics into Google Docs/Sheets
• Ensure reports are clean, accurate, and client-ready
• Follow a standardized reporting template

You do NOT need advanced SEO knowledge — but you must be detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.

2. Internal Task Follow-Ups

• Monitor internal task boards (ClickUp / Trello / similar)
• Check in with tea ---------- mbers to ensure deadlines are met
• Flag overdue items
• Keep projects moving

This role requires confidence in following up respectfully and consistently.

3. Inbox Management

• Organize and label incoming emails
• Respond to simple inquiries using templates
• Flag important emails
• Ensure no client messages go unanswered

4. Schedule

• Part-time (15–25 hours per week to start)
• Flexible hours, but must overlap at least 2–3 hours with North American time zones

4. Pay

• $6 USD per hour
• Paid weekly
• Opportunity for raises based on performance

• Strong written English
• High attention to detail
• Organized and deadline-driven

• Comfortable using Google Docs & Google Sheets
• Reliable internet connection
• Able to follow processes
• Previous SEO experience in a digital marketing setting is a requirement
