CRO expert & Shopify developer

I am looking for a shopify developer with CRO expertise. You will have to modify several webshops regularly to improve the conversion rate. It is therefore necessary that you have some CRO expertise.

I am looking for a qualitative and proactive person who also comes up with ideas to improve the shopify stores. We are currently working with a few developers but notice lack of motivation and transparency. This is important to us.

We will start with a gig to test your expertise. After that it will be a part time job starting at 8 to 16 hours a week. When we notice that our collaboration is better than the current one, we will quickly switch to full time 40 hours or more.
