About the Position:
As the Content Strategist, you will be our ideal candidate who has been driving content production efforts at speed and scale while ensuring excellence.
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Research and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our industry and our core services.
2. Be a major contributor to the planning, production, and project management of all content-related projects, ensuring their alignment with digital marketing and SEO goals.
3. Collaborate with internal and external content producers to garner the attention of our target audiences, expand our digital footprint, and grow awareness, subscribers, and leads.
4. Work closely with the global Content, Creative, and Communications teams to execute projects; bring fresh ideas to the table.
5. Create exciting content. Use stellar writing skills to produce compelling pieces that educate and excite our audience – while ensuring projects meet our company's brand and tone.
6. Optimize and edit older content for consistency, grammar, and SEO improvements.
7. Proactively solve challenges, suggest process improvements, and embody a growth mindset in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment.
8. At least 5+ years of experience writing in the B2B space, preferably in B2B technology or in highly regulated industries, such as government, healthcare, and financial services.
9. Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and research skills; able to bridge left-brain and right-brain thinking.
10. Discipline to deliver copy ready for publishing on or before a deadline
11. A keen eye for detail, grammar, and language
12. Ability to take on high-level content assignments, particularly:
-copywriting for lead generation/conversion landing pages
-content writing for SEO-driven website pages/pillar pages
-script writing for videos and podcasts
-copywriting for social media and graphics-heavy content
13. Ability to balance multiple projects and changing priorities.
14. Openness to constructive feedback and determination to meet company expectations for copywriting projects.
15. Willingness to experiment with new mediums, channels, and projects.
16. Commitment to internal and external customer service.
