- What are the primary responsibilities?
The Certified Executive Director is responsible for directing, planning and coordinating, in addition to supervising and following up on the work in the company.
Administrative supervision and technical supervision of the represented works and identifying the quality of work.
Issuing directives to employees and holding them accountable for all matters.
Identifying all employee problems and working to solve them.
Fully responsible for the financial status of the institution, in addition to his responsibility towards human resources and work-related requirements.
Identifying the work system and achieving quality and maintaining the safety of the institution.
The first person responsible for the amount and size of profits and sales.
He is assigned to develop plans and supervise the extent of their implementation by workers and employees.
Monitors and analyzes the reports submitted to him periodically, comparing them with the actual work system.
The General Manager is the representative and main face of the company in any external seminars or meetings of the institution.
The Certified Executive Director has powers related to making decisions that are implemented finally.

What would a typical day in this role look like? 
According to the system that  CEO plans to build the company's strategy from scratch

What are the “must-haves”?
Management, leadership, knowledge of the global market, international relations, and most importantly, he must have extensive experience in construction and must have held the position of executive director before. &Planning, budgeting, credibility, communication, relationship building, time management, creating a positive environment, constant pursuit of discovery and innovation

What are the “nice-to-have” skillsets?
