We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving our growth by prospecting and generating new business opportunities from their admin, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the health and social care sector, and a desire to contribute to the success of a leading e-learning company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients
Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting through calls
Qualification: Assess the needs and pain points of potential clients to determine fit and readiness for our solutions, qualifying leads for further engagement
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, providing them with relevant information, resources, and support to nurture their interest.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales admin to develop and execute targeted numbers, sharing insights and feedback to refine our approach.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing regular reports on lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a BDR, sales, or lead generation role, preferably within the SaaS or real estate. Familiarity with Salesforce Hubspot or mobile apps IS CRUCIAL.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Hubspot
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
