About the Role
Were looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy, and AI-passionate Virtual Assistant to help build
and streamline an online UK-based property investment and automation business. This role blends
property deal admin, AI integration, system automation, and content creation.
You'll play a central role in helping build systems for:
- Lease Options
- BRR (Buy, Refurbish, Refinance)
- Serviced Accommodation / Airbnb sourcing
- AI-powered digital income systems
This is ideal for someone who loves structure, is passionate about AI, and understands UK property
strategiesor is eager to learn them quickly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Deal & Business Support
- Assist in structuring lease option and BRR deals (checklists, forms, due diligence)
- Organise property admin, CRM, follow-ups, and compliance templates
- Help systemise and document repeatable processes
2. AI & Automation Systems
- Build basic automated workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Zapier, Airtable, ----------
- Help teach and set up AI tools to improve task flow and business operations
- Support digital income system creation (lead capture forms, funnels, opt-ins)
3. Content & Marketing Creation
- Create AI-generated video content (e.g. avatar/voiceover/AI-enhanced posts)
- Build social media content calendars (property, investment, joint ventures)
- Set up landing pages, Linktree, and call booking pages
- Repurpose video and AI content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts
Required Skills & Qualities
- Strong interest in AI tools and digital automation
- Knowledge of UK property sourcing/BRR/lease option strategies (or fast learner)
- Experience with CRM, G-Suite, Airtable, Excel, Canva, and ChatGPT
- Able to set up and document systems, workflows, and simple automations
- Great written English and a professional, supportive tone
- Reliable, organised, and proactive able to work with ADHD/dyslexic entrepreneur
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience building landing pages (Carrd, ---------- , GoHighLevel, WordPress)
- Experience in sourcing Airbnb / serviced accommodation deals
- Video editing and AI avatar video tools (Pictory, Synthesia, HeyGen, etc.)
- Familiarity with property investor outreach and JV marketing
