What You'll Be Doing:
Business Systems & Technology Management:
• Oversee and maintain CRM platforms (Salesforce, MyStratus) and ensure system efficiency.
• Manage telephony systems (Avaya Cloud) and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain and optimize various marketing platforms (Klaviyo, MailChimp, Canva, ProSelect).
• Administer Microsoft 365 and ensure seamless business operations.
Process Optimisation & Automation:
• Identify and implement efficiency-driven process improvements across the company.
• Document workflows using SOPs, Flow Charts, and best practices.
• Develop and manage automation tools (Zapier, Make) to streamline tasks and reduce manual effort.
Operational & HR Systems Leadership:
• Oversee and maintain HR platforms (Deputy, Employment Hero).
• Lead HR-related functions including recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with IT partners to ensure smooth network, hardware, and software operations.
Data & Reporting Management:
• Develop and maintain company-wide reporting dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft SQL, and Triple Whale.
• Use data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and business performance.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Leadership:
• Liaise with Salesforce developers, website developers, IT MSPs, and production suppliers to drive business improvements.
• Lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and technology-driven solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, business systems, or technology management.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, IT systems, automation tools, and marketing technology.
- Proven ability to streamline business processes, optimize workflows, and implement automation.
- Experience in data analytics, reporting (Power BI, Tableau, SQL), and system administration.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead teams remotely.
