Business Systems Developer

Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Developer to design, build, integrate, and optimize the business systems that support our operations. This role is responsible for developing workflow automations, system integrations, custom applications, and scalable solutions that improve efficiency across the organization.
While our primary platform is Zoho, we are looking for someone with strong experience in CRM systems, workflow automation, APIs, and business application development. The ideal candidate understands how business processes, data, and technology work together and can quickly learn new platforms and tools as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain business systems, automations, and custom applications.
• Build and manage integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools.
• Develop workflow automations that streamline business processes and reduce manual work.
• Configure and customize CRM and business application platforms to support operational needs.
• Create and maintain data synchronization, validation, and migration processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, integration, and automation issues.
• Document solutions, processes, and technical configurations.
• Experience designing, implementing, or administering ticketing and service management
• Understanding of ticket routing, SLAs, escalation workflows, queue management, reporting, and operational support processes.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in business systems development, CRM development, automation, integrations, or related technical roles.
• Experience building workflow automations and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Must have your own work equipment
Nice to Have
• Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, or Zoho One.
• Experience developing customer or vendor portals.
• Experience with data synchronization and multi-system integrations.
• Experience supporting operational teams through technology and process improvement.
