Business Operations Manager / Integrator (Remote)

Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term Opportunity

We are a growing forklift service, parts, and rental company based in Houston, Texas seeking a highly organized and process-driven Business Operations Manager to work directly with ownership.

This is NOT a virtual assistant role.

We are looking for someone who can help build systems, create accountability, manage projects, implement software, and help transform a growing business into a scalable organization.

What You'll Do
Create and document SOPs across the company
Build and maintain KPI scorecards and reporting dashboards
Hold tea ---------- mbers accountable to commitments and deadlines
Run weekly leadership and accountability meetings
Manage strategic projects from start to finish
Assist with implementation of HubSpot and Microsoft Business Central
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions
Develop workflows and improve business processes
Track company priorities and ensure projects move forward
Provide weekly executive reports to ownership
What We're Looking For
Excellent English communication skills
Strong project management experience
Experience creating SOPs and process documentation
Experience building KPI dashboards and management reports
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
Able to work independently and solve problems
Comfortable holding people accountable
Strong attention to detail
