The opportunity
We're a 17-year-old boutique studio in an aggressive growth phase. The strategy is already written — repricing, local SEO recovery, CRM rebuild, content engine, recruiting. What we need is the person who runs it. Almost all execution flows through Claude (AI), dispatched as tasks in Asana. You'll be the operator who turns plans into shipped work, with AI as your execution engine and a small team of contractors underneath you.
This is a high-autonomy seat. You won't be handed micro-tasks — you'll be handed objectives and trusted to drive them to done.
What you'll do

Break strategic plans into structured Asana tasks, sequence them, dispatch, and track every thread to completion.
Operate Claude as your engine — write clear prompts, supply context, then QA and refine AI output before it ships. You're the judgment layer between the AI and the live business.
Drive marketing execution: local SEO and Google Business Profile fixes, CRM email rebuild, blog/content pipeline, review automation, campaign rollout.
Recruit and manage a small bench of contractors (link-building VA, retoucher, future hires). Light HR.
Coordinate the tool stack: Webflow, Bookeo, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Mailchimp, retouching tools.
Report weekly: what shipped, what's blocked, what's next. Own outcomes, not activity.

Who you are

Engineering background (software/CS or technical). We want your systems thinking — you see a messy process and design the pipeline.
Fluent, precise written English. Most of your work is written.
Comfortable with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and skilled at writing prompts that produce usable output.
Project-management discipline — Asana or equivalent, and the habit of closing loops.
Genuinely self-directed. You thrive working async and don't wait to be told what's next.

Bonus: · HR/recruiting or team-lead experience · creative/photography studio background.
