Business Operations Assistant

We’re Hiring a Business Operations Assistant at Vivid Brows and Skin, a skincare and waxing spa.

Vivid Brows and Skin, a skincare and waxing spa, we are currently seeking a Business Operations Assistant to work with our team and help ensure that our administrative tasks are completed and the business functions as efficiently as possible.

REQUIREMENTS :
Among other things, your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining Wix website.
Ensuring inventory on website is up to date and accurate on our website.
Assist in managing online store.
Maintaining our social media accounts. (Instagram, ---------- and Facebook).
Responding to messages/comments received through website and social media.
Creating and scheduling social media posts.
Responding to messages through Yelp.
Scheduling emails and campaigns through our CRM.
Calling or emailing clients to follow up with products or services.
Returning phone calls/ text messages via google phone to book clients.

The position requires:
Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner
Openness to learning new technologies and softwares
Positive energy
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work on weekends if needed and in Western Standard Time.

The ideal candidate will: :
Have knowledge of Wix.
Have knowledge of Vagaro.
Have knowledge of Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook Meta Business.
Be a self-starter who does not require micromanagement
Be comfortable learning new client management systems
Reliable, responsible, accountable
Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent
Passionate about the aesthetics industry and learning
**Knowledge of all softwares above not required - just preferred.
Vivid Brows and Skin is an award winning micro spa in California. We specialize in skin treatments, waxing and brow/lash enhancements of various types. This year, we want to niche our marketing and skin services to promote new business in the sensitive skin, skin brightening and acne categories. We have good energy, love to have fun but also take our job very seriously, ensuring our clients have a great experience from the ---------- nt they reach out to book to the time they leave our spa.
This is a part time position (20-30 hours per week) with the possibility to grow into full time employment based on performance.
