Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow by booking qualified discovery calls with potential clients. You'll play a key role in identifying, reaching, and engaging brand owners who can benefit from our Amazon expertise.
What You’ll Do:
- Research and identify ideal brands and decision-makers through LinkedIn and other prospecting tools.
- Craft and send thoughtful, personalized cold
- Manage outreach cadences and follow-ups to nurture leads and secure discovery calls.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and outreach activity in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine messaging, targeting, and strategy.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong written communication skills, especially in cold outreach.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
- Experience with Amazon/working with Agencies
- Must be online from 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time (PST)
