We are a women-owned and WBENC-certified staffing firm with over 10 years of success serving clients nationwide across a variety of industries, including Professional Services, Financial Services, Legal, Human Resources, IT/Technology, Engineering, Non-Clinical Healthcare, Manufacturing, Construction, and SaaS Start-Up/Seed Companies (Healthtech, Fintech, and Proptech).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, technology-driven recruiting organization that partners with some of the most influential companies across the United States. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Business Development professional with experience in the staffing industry, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for building relationships through proactive outreach.
Our team delivers Direct Hire, Contingent, Temp-to-Hire, and Temporary/Flexible staffing solutions to help clients identify, attract, and hire top talent.

What You'll Do
• Promote full-service staffing and recruiting solutions using a consultative sales approach.
• Generate new business opportunities through significant outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Identify, cultivate, and close new client relationships across multiple industries and markets.
• Consistently build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM and sales technology platforms.
• Leverage technology, automation, AI tools, and data-driven strategies to maximize business development efforts and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and emerging opportunities.
• Speak with decision-makers via phone or video conference to assess hiring needs and present staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Assist with developing innovative marketing and lead-generation strategies to expand market presence.

What You;ll Bring:
• Staffing agency sales experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of business development, staffing sales, recruiting sales, or professional services sales experience.
• Proven success generating new business through cold calling, prospecting, and relationship-building activities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging decision-makers at all levels.
• Technology-savvy with experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement platforms, AI tools, and other technology-driven prospecting methods.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Strong sense of urgency, persistence, and resilience.
• Ambitious, financially motivated, and driven to exceed goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and enthusiasm for learning and growth.
• Comfortable networking and developing relationships with executives, hiring managers, and business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling staffing, recruiting, executive search, or workforce solutions.
• Experience working in a boutique staffing agency environment.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, and modern recruiting technologies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
