Business Development Representative

Work From Home

Weekly Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM Pacific Time (1hr unpaid lunch break / 2 -15 min paid breaks)

Pay: 300 PHP per hour + 10% recurring monthly commission from accounts

Qualifications:
- Excellent English Written & Verbal (Can pass as American on the phone)
- 3+ years experience in B2B Sales
- Confident and assertive. Knows how to close deals
- Problem solver
- Great phone presence & personality

Responsibilities:
- Offering offshore services from the Philippines to US businesses
- Generating Leads through our target platforms and converting to accounts
- Managing accounts post sale
- Working with recruitment team to fill positions
