Business Development Representative

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and cold call potential clients to introduce our services, qualify leads, and book appointments for estimates.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to local businesses (medical offices, clinics, professional buildings, etc.)
Engage prospects in a professional and friendly manner
Clearly communicate our services and value proposition
Qualify leads based on decision-maker access and interest level
Schedule appointments for onsite estimates
Log call activity, notes, and lead data accurately

Qualifications
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales development (B2B preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office setup
