JBK Search Corporation is a U.S.-based executive recruiting firm specializing in Construction and Life Sciences recruiting.

We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Recruiting & Business Development Assistant to support our growing Construction division.

This is not a data entry position.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable researching companies, identifying decision makers, communicating professionally, making outbound calls, and helping build long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities
Research Heavy Civil, Environmental Remediation, Water/Wastewater, and General Contractor companies
Identify Presidents, Owners, CEOs, and other decision makers
Verify company and contact information
Build targeted prospect lists
Assist with recruiting and candidate sourcing projects
Make professional outbound business development calls
Maintain accurate CRM and database records
Follow documented processes and quality standards
Work closely with our Construction Recruiter and President
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Previous business development, sales, recruiting, appointment setting, or lead generation experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow processes and training
Comfortable speaking with company owners and executives
Reliable internet connection
Professional work environment
Preferred
Construction industry experience
Recruiting experience
Experience calling U.S. companies
Experience using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar tools
Compensation
